Punted around

Spent the last 2 days working on a bug-fix. Yesterday, I came to office and started work on a bug. Then I was punted to another higher priority bug. Couldn't make head or tail as to why the app was crashing. After breaking my head over it, I went home at 10:45 PM yesterday! Until 11:30 AM today, I still hadn't figured out the root cause. Finally a workaround was developed after discussions with Dukhi and Rishi. The fix still involved making changes in 4 files, and it had to go in by 6 PM today. There were some hiccups when P4 went down at 3:30, but I managed. CL#35659 landed in P4 at 2005/01/05 03:54:02 PST.
