Take the diagram that was used to grade your midterm and implement
the database. It is recommended that you put all the steps into
a file with the extension of .sql.
Then add data to the tables so that you can execute the queries in
question four of the midterm.
You will turn in the DDL to implement the tables, list the data in
each table (or the SQL you used to put the data into the tables),
and the results of the two queries.
