CMSC 201 Programming Projects

  • Required CS201 C Coding Standards

  • Acceptable CS201 indentation styles

  • Information on the grading of project design

  • Here is a sample design file for Project 1 that one of the TAs, Carrie Desmond, has done for you to look at before you attempt to make your design file for project 2, design2.txt. It is an excellent design file and it is exactly what we expect. Notice that the design file she has written will actually become her header file with very little modification.. Her description of main() is the high-level algorithm we described in our Designing Project 1 lecture and, as written, is a complete skeleton of the entire program.
